There are many corporate areas in which each human resource can best express themselves by sharing their skills and experiences:

• Technical Department: staff of engineers and technologists, mechanics and automation experts, coming from different training and professional backgrounds who make research and development. They design tools to create innovative solutions with high added value.
• Production Department: CNC machines operators, assemblers, electricians, and technical service experts in a tight cooperation with Purchasing Department, Qaulity Management, Warehouse, and Logistics help to define and efficient and flexible production model.
• Sales & Marketing Department: the definition of strategies suited to the evolution of the market and an approach to sales capable of always putting the customer's needs at the center are qualities that distinguish the Reepack Group. Of fundamental importance is the consolidated cooperation with our branches and our distributors present in the major countries of the world with which a direct communication channel is maintained, a synthesis of different experiences and cultures.
• Administration, Finance and Control, Human Resources, Environment and Safety, Information Technology act as support to the various departments participating to the achievement of the common objectives.
