Reepack thermoforming packaging machines offer a wide range of machines to meet individual customer requirements. These flexible and high-performance machines are capable of forming and sealing both flexible and rigid films, utilizing different technologies such as Vacuum, MAP, and VSP. The ReeForm T Series of thermoform fill seal packaging machines feature a stainless steel frame for sanitation in washdown environments. An easy open frame allows quick access to check, adjust, and repair all parts of the machine. Systems are located inside the machine frame, ensuring protection from damage. Additionally, the machines come with a user-friendly HMI screen for setting and recording package programs, and individual machine settings provide maximum flexibility in package formats and products. Options available include preheat stations, plug assist, and scrap rewind, among others. The machines are fully customizable in length and width to accommodate different product sizes and are suitable for small to large processing operations.
