Reepack's line of high-quality horizontal flow wrappers is available in four system styles to best meet your application needs. Rotary motion is ideal for high output with bakery products, produce, or even non-food applications. The ReeFlow 50 and ReeFlow 100HS models produce three-sided seal packages and are available with top or bottom film unwind options. The full stainless steel construction ensures easy cleaning and sanitization. Our Programmable Logic Control (PLC) system synchronizes conveyor and sealing operations, while the large colored touch-screen interface allows for up to 50 customizable programs. Software access is protected by four-level password security, offering robust operational control.
Manual loading or fully automatic packing line integration can be chosen based on your workflow requirements. The ReeFlow 50 Top Film Reel can handle up to 200 PPM, while the Bottom Film Reel can manage up to 150 PPM. For high-speed operations, the ReeFlow 100HS Top Film Reel can achieve speeds up to 750 PPM. The ReeFlow 100W Top Film Reel offers a wide version with speeds up to 200 PPM.
